Shipping:
When ordering an item from Ancient Stones Nurturing Naturals you should know
that we can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We currently
do not ship international.
Delivery Time:
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for
you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you
choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing
your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the
order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary.
Calculating Cost:
Shipping cost for orders from Ancient Stones Nurturing Naturals depends upon
the method and option of the shipping vendor you select. If an order is
incomplete at time of purchase, you may choose to have the items available
shipped to you immediately and all shipping cost for the entire delivery will
be on the initial invoice. Subsequent backorders will be mailed to you as soon
as they are available.
Special Note: The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be
rounded up to the next full pounds.
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Ancient Stones
Inc.©
within 30 days for a full refund. There will be a 50% restocking fee for all
returned brushes. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a
result of our error (you received an incorrect item). Items that are opened
but returned within 30 days after delivery will receive a full refund minus
any shipping and handling fees.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be calculated on all orders within California. All other states
will not be taxed at this current time..
